Free eligible returns and exchanges within 7 days
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Eligible items must be unused, unaltered and returned with their original packaging and included components. These conditions do not limit remedies for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
No return shipping fee
The store pays return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. We send a prepaid return label and instructions by email or Zalo. Please contact us before posting a return. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a return, replacement or refund as appropriate. Natural variations within the stated description are expected, but a materially different item can be reported.
Refunds and exchanges
After the returned item has been inspected, we confirm the refund decision by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; the payment provider determines when the credit appears. Exchanges depend on stock availability. We will explain the available options before proceeding.
