Destination and shipping fee
We ship from Vietnam to the United States. Standard shipping is $10 USD per order, shown before checkout. The store covers import duties and import taxes; customers are not asked to pay these charges on delivery. Contact us if a carrier requests such a payment.
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
This estimate runs from the order date and includes 1–2 business days of handling plus 6–8 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Payment and complete delivery information are required before dispatch. Customs delays, holidays and carrier disruptions can extend the estimate; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking and delivery issues
We provide tracking details after dispatch. An order confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation. Contact us if tracking stops updating, the parcel is delayed, or delivery arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and send photos when possible so we can investigate.
Address changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly for a delivery-address correction or cancellation. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order.
